Monster High: 13 Wishes(2013) Movie Review.

Monster High:13 Wishes was a movie released in 2013, this movie also introduced new Characters of Gigi the Genie and Catty Noir. this is the 5th movie i think in the Monster High Franchise. Also this movie introduces us to Wisp, Gigi's Shadow that influences the finder to make selfish wishes. The movie opens with Frankie giving Narration over the new school year with a ton of new Students so many i forgotten some of their name, theirs a spider girl, and other characters, and it also introduced us to Daughter of Boogeyman Twyla. Also this one has it in which no one knows who Cleo is. Again just like many of the other movies, the voice cast is amazing, from new voice actors to old ones are all amazing and Howleen makes great character development in the movie.
